The survey is part of a research initiative led by Lovell Corporation, in partnership with Wilfrid Laurier University, looking at how organizational practices influence employees’ experiences at work and their perceptions of the organization.
You’ll gain access to the results, including a new employer tool, once we have completed our data analysis and national reporting. This will enable you to further analyze employee performance, engagement and well-being factors, as well as the mechanisms that explain these relationships.
