About
The BridgingTheGap to Her Forum brings the next generation perspective to the global gender dialogues—exploring the challenges and opportunities—for emerging women leaders under the age of 35 to build successful careers and lead innovation.
BridgingTheGap Forums are designed to connect emerging young talent with influential executive mentors and impact investors. All BTG to Her attendees are given an opportunity to apply for one-on-one business meetings and participate in our live pitch challenge. Finalists will be invited to pitch live for investment at the forum to an executive leadership panel.
Our programming can be tailored for an in-person or virtual experience—contact us if you’re interested in bringing the BridgingTheGap to Her Forum to your community.

The Experience
Come network in-person. We make sure to host our forums in unique venues! We move away from the traditional stuffy conference hotel rooms and into beautiful spaces that inspire great dialogue. Our 2019 BridgingTheGap to Youth Forum was hosted on the historic Toronto Island Clubhouse of the Royal Canadian Yacht Club (RCYC).
"Today was absolutely amazing. Seriously—brain overload. It was amazing to hear so many powerful and inspirational women speak. The panels provided so much value!"
