BridgingTheGap to Youth Forum

The BridgingTheGap to Youth Forum connects emerging young leaders with decision-makers—from business, government and community sectors—to bridge opportunity gaps and co-create solutions to the challenges they face.

BridgingTheGap Forums strive to ensure the voices of future leaders are present, which includes those from marginalized and minority groups—such as youth from low-income areas, Indigenous Peoples, rural areas and young women—who may currently face access barriers, to give them a platform to be heard, share their ideas and develop their skills.

Let's start #BridgingTheGap

Candid intergenerational conversations help challenge assumptions and discuss what is needed to build a more inclusive, sustainable future for all. Our programming can be tailored for an in-person or virtual experience—contact us if you’re interested in bringing the BridgingTheGap to Youth Forum to your community.

Do you know a passionate young leader under 30 looking to build their career, pursue innovation or entrepreneurship? Nominations for future BridgingTheGap Forums are open and accepted on a rolling basis. Emerging leaders only need to be nominated once, and as such, additional nominations will not increase their likelihood of being selected.

Join the BridgingTheGap Alliance

We’re a global coalition of youth-focused organizations and industry leaders dedicated to creating pathways for the next generation to thrive.

Members of the Alliance receive exclusive tickets to future BridgingTheGap Forums, Youth Innovation Masterminds and partner events, as well as spotlight your thought leadership with speaker and mentor opportunities.

The Experience

Come network in-person. We make sure to host our forums in unique venues! We move away from the traditional stuffy conference hotel rooms and into beautiful spaces that inspire great dialogue. Our 2019 BridgingTheGap to Youth Forum was hosted on the historic Toronto Island Clubhouse of the Royal Canadian Yacht Club (RCYC).
